Seventeen years in one metro is most of what you are hiring. It is knowing which terminal at IAH works at five in the morning, which curb zone at Hobby, which door at NRG on an event night, and how long the run to the Port of Galveston really takes on a Saturday when several ships are sailing. None of that is on a map.
