From Sugar Land or Missouri City, plan on roughly 40 to 50 minutes to George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) up the Southwest Freeway and Beltway 8, and about 30 to 40 minutes to William P. Hobby (HOU). From Katy or Cinco Ranch it's closer to 45 to 55 minutes to IAH; from Richmond, Fulshear, or Stafford we build the same buffer in. Those are the windows we plan against, padded for Houston traffic.
